I was wondering if anyone uses the Voicemeeter Banana mix panel. I ran across a link a week ago, downloaded and installed it and (after some struggle) got it up and working.
After a week or so, I find it useful, but temperamental in that I had to reinstall it three times (playing with sources and settings).
After downloading and installing, there are as few as two basic settings (for input and output) but... there are dozens of other custom settings available depending on how you use sound, (most advanced options were a mystery to me since I don't stream online or Zoom)).

What it does:
In my case, I've set it up with 2 inputs - a Yeti stereo-mike, and various window source sounds and 3 outputs to speakers, Bluetooth headphones and wired headphones...
meaning I can assign various input sources to different sliders and also control output speakers and/or BT headphones and/or wired headphones... also there is a simple stereo recorder which outputs sounds to auto-named files... and will playback any existing audio files no matter the source..
I set it up to display in the same place on one screen on boot up, continuing with last slider settings.. It can be toggled between minimized and visible ...
I decided to keep it to manage simple I/O for now, so donated $20.00 with registration. (users decide on how much to pay at registration).
So, if you know VB-Audio and use it, I'd be interested to hear your experience with it.
