Re: multipy mode difference

Guys, could you please provide a scenario to reproduce this bug ? Sorry, I'm only a developer  You have several layers with multiply mode on a transparent background The resulting image when exported without background is empty, meaning that since multiply mode has nothing to blend it with...

Brushes flip when Zoom:Flip Horizontally is toggled

Brushes with Azimuth enabled get reflected when the Flip Horizontally is enabled. Eg. You tilt the brush to the SouthEast (135°) Then you flip horizontally to draw a comfortable curve The brush is also flipped to it's negative angle, so instead of being 135° its around 225° even if the pen is physic...

Re: Is TVPAINT still being actively developed?

Thank you Dean for the reply, Just to clarify, the forum post was written 1 week before requesting the ticket, since no reply on the forum was made I went and asked directly just in case the forum post was not seen. So there wasn't a request and a forum post at the same time. I really hope things go...

Is TVPAINT still being actively developed?

Hello guys, specially to the TVPAINT team, this is a question that might sound a bit harsh but I'm wondering if TVPAINT is still in development, personally I've seen a huge change when it comes to support, not only during the COVID lockdown but even months before that. For all of us the software has...

Re: DuiO 2

It uses the .json that Tvpaint exports to get the layers info, the same json that is used for the TVP import jsx script also you can import the camera as well when saving the camera animation from tvpaint.

Re: Impossible to work with ALT and CTRL modifiers with Wacom remote control

Tested here with TVP 11.0.8 and the remote works fine, no sticking on CTRL or ALT

Have you checked on the diagnose tool that the key is released? Should be left button 11 and 14

Re: After Effects JSON import troubles

If I load the script, browse to the json file and click open, nothing happens. (The file browser closes and just returns to AE). However, if I switch my workspace to AE's Default workspace, the script works as expected. I can even go from my custom workspace, to default, and back to my custom works...

I want to point out that this brings up another example where there is an inconsistency between what a command is named in the main menu vs. what it is named in the Shortcuts list.
Wow I wasn't aware of this, could've saved time :D

Thanks a lot D.T.

Re: Pasting images directly into TVP

Hi there, I tried to search for it, but couldn't find any answers regrading my issue: Is there a way to just paste images into TVP, quickly and without going through the import-image process? CTRL-C -> CTRL-V style. For ex grabbing a screenshot from a movie/from google timeline, etc. Thank you Yup s...

Re: A simple camera move. How??

Hassss anyone found any more documentation on how the speed curve is handled by the cpt file values or the profile value? We're doing a camera parser to export camera motion from Maya to Tvpaint, and so far everything has worked greatly except for the speed curve. Any help would be greatly appreciat...

TVPAINT Camera Documentation

Hello guys, we're writing a CAMERA parser for exporting MAYA cameras to -> TVPAINT camera, however we're running onto some issues with the speed curves, everything else is setup properly (camera position points and timing calculation) Is there any documentation on how the speed curve is handled on T...

Re: exporting for finishing of in other software?

 That is some strong camera skills indeed! Do you have an estimate of how much time it took? I wish I had those skills!!! We're writing a camera data mapper to export camera information from Maya to Tvpaint though we're having some issues with the speed calculation. By any chance is there any ...
