Right click in your custom panel... see image every time you open the project the panel will be there no matter on which system.

but if you close the project the embedded custom panel will also be gone so if you want to keep using it in other projects you have to first duplicate it...

Stil, its a pretty awkward situation that you were punished on the basis of a false accusation of stealing.
The development team should prioritize looking into this because you are not the first to have this happen.
What is your System/OS ?

No i'm sorry, you could ask the development team to extract your work from the file in question.
You could try it with a v11 if you have acces to that.

according to the team there are indeed sometimes false positives (and in 12.1 there should be fewer false positives).

So it would be better it you could zoom in towards the current frame. I agree! these type of little UI quirks may not seem very important. but they add up and when they get fixed/improved they will significantly improve joy of use and make TVPaint feel much better. Note if you use ALT + RMB to zoom...

200mm and 28mm are the tele and wide focal lengths.

How do you delete the selected layers?
With the delete key/backspace or CTRL-x or by "delete" in the layer RMB menu ?
And how big is the file ?:
