Have a look at the dongle: does the green light work? If not: try at a different USB port on your computer.

Uhm, what? Of course any effect affects the whole layer (or a whole selection).

Oh please. Didn't you ever take a look into the dropdown file format list in export window? There it is: DEEP, right between CINEON and DPX. That's the format TVP uses for paper structures. It's in the manual.

This problem seems to be software-independent, the same happens in Moho. Have a look inside your Fonts folder. I bet you that fonts which don't show up in TVP are those which are inside their own folders. Get them out and restart TVP again and check. Also I bet that you have more than one place wher...

It looks like you had a gradient active when you where filling. Try again and make sure Gradient is not checked.

In that case maybe a script could help - something like "take structure from layer X and apply it to layer Y" - but that's outside my abilities.
