Can TVPaint Animation helps to add animation in my website?

I am fresh website designer and animator, learning a new way to do animation.As a web designer, i wanted to add animation to my website.As this forum is related to animation I thought I can get assistance from here.I have designed this website https://www.webdesigning.ae and wanted to add animation in a slider.Can TVPaint or anyone help me with this problem?

The website seems to be inactive. The question is what you want to achieve. Basic web-animations are mostly done in CSS3, other animations in javascript. If you want to do cutout-style-animations for your website you probably should checkout Adobe Animate. TVPaint would probably be the best choice if you want to use GIFs.
