    Tatsunoko Production (Speed Racer, Gatchaman etc.) uploaded an official "full digital drawing" sample movie for CGWORLD vol.209 main article.

    Just an ordinary cotton/nylon with conductive fibers seamless "customized" gloves. A package including 12-50 gloves / 300~700 JPY (about €3.92 - 6.83)
    Perhaps you can find it at "boesner" Berlin or Baumarkt in Deutschland.

     The Agency for Cultural Affairs JAPAN and JAniCA(Japan Animation Creators Association)promoted forum called Animation Create Technology Forum -ACTF- 2016 begun at 12:00 P.M (JST) / 3:00 A.M (GMT).

    文化庁(The Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan) uploaded "ANIMETAMAGO 2016*" PV volume 2.
    I heared that SIGNAL. MD will using TVPaint, but other studio may not how kind of software they using.



    *... A literal translation is "in the making of Animator" :
      official administrative codename is "the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan in order young animator training project"
