Just asking how to import pictures or footage to the current frame not to the start frame?

I think this option doesn't exist.

You can use the library and place the image with the keyframer ?

Usually I'm quite happy to always find my imported stuff at frame 1. (In AnimeStudio it's a big hassle if I mistakenly have imported something later in the scene - usually I erase and redo).

But I can see the option looks nice for someone with a project larger than 250 frames or so.
