Re: "Dot" brush mode

Just yesterday, I chose dot by mistake, and I thought my Wacom drivers were broken!
I restarted my computer, reinstalled everything, until I realized the mistake.

Yes moving it would be better!

Re: Shadow & painting effects

All of the brushes you've been making are top notch. Really well done!
I'll get drawing with them right away. Any requests? :)

Re: Best 2-in-1 laptop recommendation

Honestly, I would go with a Mobilestudio 16, stand and bluetooth keyboard. You won't look at 2 in 1's again.

Video Tutorial: Clearing up fuzzy text

A bit of knowledge gleaned from my days as a Quantel Paintbox artist... No audio on this one, but a video illustrating three FX stack effects that can clear up low resolution or otherwise pixelated or "fuzzy" text. Starting with low resolution text, I enlarge it, placing it back on the screen. (Link...

Re: Rough Round Bristle...

test.jpg Does this one work for you? I simply imported the image you posted, made a 5 frame animbrush from the scan cleaned content, and set size to pressure, (with custom pressure curve) random angle, and finally luma invert stamp mode. (so it can paint in colors other than black) Here it is in .t...

Re: Touch gestures support

+1

TVPaint remains my only drawing software without pinch zoom and rotation for my Cintiq touch and Companion computers.

When I work with it in other software it's essential, and really miss it in TVPaint.

Palette based multi-fill?

Can TVPaint do anything like this:
http://www.davidrevoy.com/article306/to ... -multifill" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Random area filling with a predetermined palette? Great for illustration work.
