Re: Can you assign line smoothing to a brush in a custom panel?

One additional question-- I've never done coding of any kind, so this will probably sound like a stupid question, but do I copy the 2 lines verbatim, including the words inside the parentheses: tv_DrawSmoothing 1 1 10 1 PullString tv_drawsmoothing activate[0|1] realtime[0|1] value(pixeloffset) HUD ...

Re: Can you assign line smoothing to a brush in a custom panel?

to guarantee the linesmoothing you want, insert the following line in each button defining a brush or tool: Select Type Script's Command after the Tool line and type the following GEORGE command and parameters... tv_DrawSmoothing 1 1 10 1 PullString tv_drawsmoothing activate[0|1] realtime[0|1] value...

Re: Add a TEXT field to AnimBrushes

Hmm, I'm not sure to understand : you can already give a description to an animbrush, but it will be displayed only if you enable tool tips (full). AnimBrushes can be stored and reloaded to/from sub-folders without ever being assigned to buttons using GEORGE commands tv_SaveBrushAnim and tv_LoadBru...

Re: Erase only WHITE lines?

Sewie, No problem... I need to say that, while the Scan Cleaner version of the white eraser brush works, I'm still not sure why. I do know from tests that the -1 in the blue alpha position is what makes it work... alternately, It also works if -1 is placed exclusively in the red alpha or the green a...

Re: Erase only WHITE lines?

Sewie, Seriously? I ALWAYS test out suggestions I make or buttons/scripts I create. Only then do I post, after I know they work on MY system. Here's a video of how the eraser works for me along with my version of the brush... Scan Cleaner Brush Demo.gif EDIT: note that the Scan Cleaner Brush has bee...

Re: Erase only WHITE lines?

Sewie, I updated the numbers in my previous post with a screen capture... try substituting those again. The forum editor removes spaces making the parsing of the r g b a k values run together. I know absolutely nothing about manipulating pixel color matrices. But my logic in this specific case (remo...

Mystery: Config.ini size, how big is too big?

Is there any size restriction on how large the Config.ini file can be?

Add a TEXT field to AnimBrushes

Can this be easily done??? If AnimBrushes are used in scripts it would be helpful to append an additional embedded TEXT field stored inside each AnimBrush so individual AnimBrushes could be identified (named) or verified (assigned a useful ID or temporary value that could be updated). The TEXT could...

Frame Counter Brush (1 - 1500)

Today I needed to add a frame counter to a GIF I was creating, so I did a forum search on frame counters and found a forgotten forum post I'd made in 2008 offering a frame counter GIF that counts from 1 to 1500. Just what I needed. The numbers are black on a transparent background. I can't remember ...

Re: Fade in affect?

Oops! Sorry about that... I've never posted an FX.bin file before and didn't think about including instructions on how to get it working - my bad. Anyway, hope the FadeIn-FadeOut FX helps. I keep a separate TVPaint application subfolder called FxBin for all the FX files I create. But it is al...

Re: Fade in affect?

When I try to import the Fadein-FadeOut.bin it says "Bad or Corrupted Bin File". Hi Dave, When I download it here, it seem to load ok??? I'll upload another zip version just to be sure. Meanwhile, you can set it up yourself very simply. Below is what it looks like: Under MultipleFX I loaded Fade ef...
