Yes, I tried that but it only offers a blur radius (so I cant make the whole layer blurry, just the area around the circle.

How do you do shutter focus/blur effects in TVpaint?

Hi, can someboyd help me? The new Gaomon tablet doesnt work with TVpaint :(

My student has a problem. The Wacom tablets work perfectly fine with TVPaint on her laptop (Acer), but the gaomon pd1560 tablet doesnt read the programme at all. Even the cursor doesnt move on the tablet when the TVpaint is open. Every other software works fine on her tablet, but not TVpaint. Can so...

If you mean the menu panel, then it is shown as checked in the windows :)

How do I show multiple open projects in the upper part of the screen?

I used to always have multiple projects appearing in the top, so I could move from one to another by just clicking on the tabs, but now they dissapeared lol I must have clicked something by accident :(
