Re: Anyone using TVP and a Surface Pro?Does pen pressure work

a bit old thread, but I have the same question - Surface Pro 4 and TVPaint - my main concern - does the right-click functionality work the same as with Wacom devices?

Yes, preloading fixed that, I should keep in mind.

In your screenshot, is it really a v11 ? It looks more like a v10 to me.
I can tell 10 from 11 :) - yes, it's 11 - the last version

Wrong thumbnail preview in timeline

A strange thing (maybe a bug?) - all of a sudden I see a wrong thumbnail preview in the Timeline. This is an image sequence that I have imported - not something I did in TVPaint. I see it for the first time, but maybe it existed before... Here is a screenshot - as you can see, the current frame obvi...

Re: A Question about Tablet PC, Android and Nomad

Thanks - will wait. One of my main concerns is the right-click function - if it doesn't work well in any other than Wacom styluses, then my options are narrowing down...

Re: A Question about Tablet PC, Android and Nomad

Hi guys! Back again to an old topic. So, after my precious little Toshiba Encore 2 tablet was shamelessly stolen together with my backpack and other stuff from our car, that was robbed on the way to Annecy, I am looking into buying a new portable tablet. I am currently looking into Microsoft Surface...

Re: Change the hotkey for zooming for use with iPad Pro

Thank you for this insight! It's pretty useful to keep in mind. I also read that other pens are not good with iPad - too slow apparently. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to test in a shop, since I need to test iPad's "cintiq mode" with a different pen, but I will keep researching. I have a 21" ...

Re: Change the hotkey for zooming for use with iPad Pro

HI guys first thing - did you ever try using Wacom Intuos or Bamboo pen 2? they claim that they work with iPad and they have a right click button... I am actually looking into buying iPad Pro and I would like to hear more about your general experiences using it with TVPaint - could you enlighten me ...

Re: TVPaint internal links not working

Its seems like you have 2 separate issues, which might, or might not be related. So first - your internal links don't work (sounds pretty clear to me) - so for example when you click Help>Online Support> - nothing happens, right? and it's even greyed out you say? Second - your Unlock code is not wor...

Re: Any way to preview solid drawings in Light Table?

Can't you use the FX : Colors > Scan Cleaner color ? (available since 11.0.3) I still don't get where your problem lies. What are your images ? What do you want to see ? sorry, stupid me - I just realized, that with "Image Color" mode on and Blend To Front, it's perfectly possible! Sorry for the bo...

Re: Any way to preview solid drawings in Light Table?

Lighttable works with alpha. What about processing your drawings with scan cleaner first? Maybe duplicate the layer first. right, I see - well, if I scanclean the drawing, then I will lose the colors - what I need to do, is paint directly on the drawings, preserving the color, while seeing the prev...

Any way to preview solid drawings in Light Table?

Hi I am working on imported footage which is basically a sequence of photographed drawings. I haven't stumbled upon this issue before, as there as no need, but now I realize, that the Light Table can only show solid colors, and not the actual drawing. Is there any way to do it? if not, I would put i...

I agree, but the plug-in we have added to the forum doesn't handle several states (solved, unanswered, todo, etc.) within the same topic.
Maybe later we will have time to dig into its code to improve it.
thanks for considering
I didn't know it's more complicated, than just tweaking some options :)
