Re: spot colour channel equivalent?

TVP offers no technical support for a real spot colour, as this would mean to add another 8bit colour channel per spot colour, which is something PS can do. What you can do, however, is to design with a spot colour in mind. Put all elements you wish to be in that spot colour into one layer and set i...

Re: Background > None, Colour and Check

I understand and like to have the same options:

Black
White
Transparent/Checkers (made from 2 colours which are NOT linked to white)

Re: Export resolution issue

OK. Imagine a real HD video camera. Its output will always fill that 1920 x 1080 px sensor, no matter which lens the cameraperson uses, no matter how much they zoom in, no matter how fast and in which direction the camera moves. Always the same output size. The camera in TVP works just the same. You...

Re: Anim Brush editing

Each time you create a brush it's a new one. It depends on you if you want to save it in a custom panel, and under which name.

That's why I try and keep a separate project for each of my brushes.

Re: Sound exporting issues- sounds very tinny

Could you please check if you maybe have the same soundfile imported twice, on top of each other?

First class work. I especially like the character design of the parents: believable people.

Re: Happy 2018!

I know there are about 2000 Rotkäppchen-films. The whole idea comes from a conversation with a student, when I was explaining the principle of non sequitur , and took R. as an example. That was last year. I found the idea appealing and since then collected nearly 200 gag ideas - too much for a film,...

Re: Happy 2018!

@ Klaus: No, everything's been drawn in TVP, the characters animated in TVP, only the multiplane effect done in Moho. You're right, it would be too much effort for just a greeting card, but everything is stuff for my next project, "Rotkäppchen". Last year I did a "trailer" for it, mainly to test som...

I don't know any solution, just a real kludge: screenshot the X-sheet and print it?

Re: Multi-core usage

While it's never wrong to go for as much RAM as possible, my 10 yr old Macs with 8 GB RAM are quite good at producing HDTV animation in TVP.

Re: Color Adjust bug ?

First guess: check if PS is set to sRGB which is the colour space TVP is working in.

Re: INBETWEENS AUTOMATIC! AUTO - INB.

Is it that time of the year again? The last time someone claimed automatic inbetweening was here: http://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=6426 . We even gave him some scenes to test. Well, the results weren't very convincing, and he chose to delete all of his potings. Butu later on page 5 ...

Re: frame rate conversion question

I'd say it's just a mistake. You get those odd numbers sometimes when opening a video file from dubious sources.
