Re: Flipping a single frame of animation horizontally

You need to turn this exposure into an instance first.

Re: Need Help

It looks like you had a gradient active when you where filling. Try again and make sure Gradient is not checked.

Re: Copying layer structure on to an existing layer

In that case maybe a script could help - something like "take structure from layer X and apply it to layer Y" - but that's outside my abilities.

Look up "recompute instances" in the manual.

Tab magic

Using TVP for 10 yrs now, I'm happy to announce that I just found out that pressing tab lets me cycle through the clips in a project. I now go and try to learn addition (up to 10).

Re: Canvas rotation reset

Ah, I see. I've set up keystrokes for "reset rotation" and "fit project to window", so if I happen to land outside the drawing area or wherever I just press 2 keys. Going back to the small area zoomed in of course has to be done manually.

With the help of some friend I found the material in question is called "Baumwolle grundiert mittelgrob", so it's cotton prepared for painting. Some online search dug up this: No-25-Baumwolle-grundiert-mittelgrob-ca-160-cm-breit-370g-m-BWGNo25_b_0.JPG I prepared this and got this version: Baumwolle2...

Re: Style brush

Well, seems like you have to do it like anybody else: go and buy some paper in an art supply store, set up lighting and photograph it, make it into an endless texture in TVP and save as DIP.

Re: Style brush

You need a paper texture, set to about 50% hardness, and any brush with a fuzzy border and opacity less than 100%.

Re: Compatibility between 11 pro and 10?

You can easily exchange project files between versions, but of course newer features like special layers will not be available in older versions.

Re: Copy drawing pixels into existing image (without replacing drawing)

It's all in the settings, named shape settings for whatever odd reason - right-click on a shape tool, there's a pulldown, and there's previous frame.
